I wanted to tell you about this awesome little place I found in Hanover Park - it's a Mexican grocery store, but it's also got a small restaurant section! The owner is super friendly and welcoming. They have a real butcher shop in the store, which is pretty cool, and they stock tons of Mexican products you won't find everywhere - plus, so many different Mexican sodas! They even sell lottery tickets and do money transfers, so it's a real one-stop shop. Prices are a little higher than a big supermarket, but that's to be expected for a smaller, local place. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!
